Today was my first trip to Pancho's, and it definitely won't be my last! The restaurant was clean and beautiful(LOVE the plants), and the service was prompt and friendly. The food was AMAZING! I got a combination plate (taco, enchilada, chile relleno w/ rice and beans), and every single item on my plate was delicious! The chile relleno was so freaking GOOD! Like literally I just want that chile relleno for every meal of my life haha. 10 stars!
Absolutely yes!! Very friendly server, and great food. We tried all the chilies on the bar, what a mix! Didn't like the charro beans, way to many Hotdogs not enough beans. Chicken flautas were great. Nice comfortable place. Marking it as a keeper for Carlsbad

My wife & I had a great time & Dinner! Food great I ordered Shrimp tacos and she had Tripita Tacos both cooked to perfection. You must add you own salt due to customers not wanted as much salt on their food. Limonada drinks were awesome. 6 different salsas to chose from. Service is excellent.

Some of the best and cleanest menudo! We go often and they never adjust serving portions due to this like other places. The have some of the sweetest staff
